THE CULPEPER Soil and Water Conservation District has signed an updated Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding with the USDA Soil Conservation Service. The new agreement took effect on April 22, when it was signed by State Conservationist David N. Grimwood, acting for SCS. Chairman L.B. Henretty had previously signed for the district.
