Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bane and Benjamin were Wednesday overnight guests of Mrs. Bane’s mother, Mrs. June Caldow and family in Falls Church.
Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. James Lily and children were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Welch of Cedarville for a cookout.
Miss Glenda Fox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fox, was among the recent graduates from Lord Fairfax Community College where she was an Education major and was on the Dean’s list for the spring quarter. Miss Fox has been accepted by Madison College at Harrisonburg for the coming year.
Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector of Orlean and Everette Powell of Front Royal called on Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock Thursday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Cain and his father, Early Cain, arrived home Friday after spending several days with Mr. and Mrs. George Griffith and Mark in Chester.
Samuel “Dicky” Williams continues in Warren Memorial Hospital and is some what improved.
Thursday evening Mrs. Florence Mahoney of Front Royal called on Mrs. Edward Goranson and her mother, Mrs. Sam North, who is a guest in the Goranson home while Mr. North is in Warren Memorial Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cook of Front Royal visited Mr. and Mrs. James E. Williams Thursday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew R. Williams had as Tuesday dinner guests, the Rev. and Mrs. Lyle Showers, Mary Ayler and Debra, of the Fork District. Mrs. Suzy Kendall of Front Royal was a Sunday
