Library Bake Sale
The Rappahannock County Library roof is in need of repair so a book and bake sale has been scheduled to coincide with the July 4 festivities in Washington, the proceeds of which will go toward this repair.
All good cooks in Rappahannock, and there are many, are begged to bring at least one contribution to the Library on the morning of July 4 on or after 9 a.m. Every single loaf of bread, cake, pie, plate of cookies or rolls will be greatly appreciated, said a Library spokesman. Write your name on a piece of paper and attach to your donation.
