The recent activity of the I Board of Supervisors and the Commonwealth Attorney of Rappahannock County concerning the suit filed by the Rappahannock Ski Corporation against the County Board of Zoning Appeals raises both legal and moral issues of great importance to every citizen of the County. The Board of Zoning Appeals, after public hearings in which all Interested parties were given the opportunity to testify and to present evidence to the Board, rendered a unanimous decision to deny the Special Use Permit request presented to it by the Ski Corporation.
