Francis Payne of Culpeper operating a 76 Hornet lost control of his vehicle and over turned Saturday morning on Route 211 west of Washington. Damage to his car was estimated at a thousand dollars, according to Trooper R. A. Baines. Payne said another vehicle crowded him off the road.
