Benefit Supper
The Forest Grove Baptist Church of Viewtown will serve a benefit supper at the old Forest Grove School House on Saturday, May 27, from 5 to 9 p.m.
The menu will include Old Virginia Ham and Fried Chicken, corn pudding, string beans, parsley potatoes, peas, cole slaw, jello salad, pickled beets, pickles, homemade breads and pies, coffee and iced tea.
All food will be home cooked and the cost will be $5 for adults and $3 for children. Tickets may be purchased from Mrs. Sarah Jenkins, Jenkins Garage, Amissville. Call 937-4692 or the school Saturday night for additional information.

Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Byron Smith of Culpeper announce the birth of their son, Eric Byron, on Sunday, May 14, 1978, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. George R. Hagerty of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur L. Atkins of Woodville and Thomas M. Brown of Alexandria.
The baby's greatgrandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Leon F. Brown of Stevensburg, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Coffey of Orange and Mrs. Elsie Atkins of Woodville.
