“It cannot be assumed that cement kiln dust will give the same results as were obtained in Beltsville,” Gerken said. “Beef cattle producers should wait for the results of further testing and the development of specific recommendations before attempting to incoroporate cement kiln dust in their cattle feeding programs.”
