In order for the revisions to have no detrimental effect on the building permit issued to the Rappahannock Ski Corporation for its gravity slide. Miller proposed that land located in a business or commercial district (B-2) be omitted from the requirement for a special use permit for commercial recreation. (The ski area's property in Harris Hollow is zoned B-2. The Planners proposed no change- to the portion of the amendments that allows commercial recreation by right in a B-2 District.)
