The Sperryville Rescue Unit transported Susie Majors from her home in Sperryville to Culpeper Memorial on December 13, and later in the day took Mrs. Pearle Coffey from home to the University of Va. in Charlottesville.
The Flint Hill Fire Dept, assisted Amissville on a dwelling fire on Route 621 in Culpeper County Dec. 11. Two different occassions Dec. 16 the Flint Hill department assisted Washington. The first time they were called to a field fire on Route 622 on the Jack DeBergh farm. Later they assisted in a field fire on Route 625 at Steve Righter’s.
The Flint Hill Rescue Unit was called to the home of Harold Foster Dec. 15, but services were not needed. Dec. 17, Steve Welch was transported from Fauquier to Fairfax Hospital.
