She explained that more women will be seeking maternity care as a result of restrictions on welfare funding for abortions. "We haven't needed it (maternity home care) recently but we will because there are going to be more babies to plan for,” she said.
However. after Mrs. Buntin couldn't determine whether maternity home costs were paid for by Title 20. the Board approved the personal care allowance only for alcoholics undergoing treatment.
