Richard Allen Criss Jt„ 22, of Arlington was the fatal victim in a motorcycle collision Saturday night near Amissville. According to Trooper K. B. Williams. Criss, operating a 76 Honda motorcycle, was travelling west in the eastbound lane of the recently opened dual lane highway, Route 211, east of Amissville.
