Jackson
Funeral services were held for Robert Lee Jackson, 51, of Sperryville, Friday, at Shiloh Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. W. A. Williams and the Rev. Robert Gillison. Burial was in the family section of the church ceitietery.
Mr. Jackson died Dec. 10, 1978 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He was employed at Mt. Vernon Stock Farm, Sperryville.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Harriet Jackson; three stepsons, Eugene Snowden of Sperryville, Timotheus Eason of Falls Church and Herman Snowden of Gaithersburg, Md.; five step-daughters, Mrs. Emma Ambush, Mrs. Muriel Douglass both of Frederick, Md., Mrs. Vivian Gillison of Reva, Mrs. Mattie Hutcheson and Miss Alpheus Eason, both of Washington, D.C.; and ten grandchildren. Other survivors are three brothers, Albert, James and Japhus Jackson; and one sister, Mrs. Etta Wallace of Rochester. N.Y.
Pallbearers were Jamie Jackson. Nelson Turner, Carol Frye, Carroll Frye. Stonewall Jackson, and David Andes.
