Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hawkins, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan, Mr. and Mrs. George Butler, and Mrs. Lucy Thornhill were in Washington Sunday to attend the celebration for their brother, J. Stant Weaver in honor of his 80th birthday. Others present were Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and Patty, Johnnie Weaver and friend, Mike Hicks, Mrs. Leo Wood and Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Honts.

Mrs. Mollie Nicholson of Etlan is spending this week with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Dodson.

Donnie Leake entered Lynn Care Center in Front Royal Thursday.

Charlie Jenkins of Catalpa spent Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar '* Jenkins. « -A

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville were Saturday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Frazier.
