Smoot

Mrs. Rosa Lee Smoot. 59, of Flint Hill, died Friday, February 15, 1980, at the University of Virginia Hospital. Charlottesville.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at Geest Funeral Home Chapel, Culpeper, with burial in Washington Masonic Cemetery.

Daughter of the late William and Mary Jane Rutherford Riley, she was a native of Rappahannock County. She was the widow of Rubin Wesley Smoot.

She is survived by two sons. Rubin Wesley Smoot. Jr. of Richmond and Thomas Smoot of Culpeper; three daughters Mrs. Mary Lee Estes and Mrs. Carrie Harris, both of Culpeper, and Miss Etta Jane Smoot of Flint Hill; three grandchildren, and a sister. Miss Mary Frances Riley of Elkton.
