Hawkins

Funeral services for Clyde E. Hawkins were conducted Tuesday at the GeestJohnson Funeral Chapel in Culpeper by the Rev. Harold Eaton. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.

Mr. Hawkins, 79, of Arlington, died Friday, October 3, 1980, at the National Orthopedic Hospital. He was the son of the late John and Agnes Hawkins.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hawkins of Arlington; four sons, Edison Hawkins of Arlington, Tim Hawkins of Nokesville, Glyde Hawkins Jr. of Vienna and Franklin Hawkins of Madison, Tenn.; three daughters, Laura Snowden of McLean, Charlene Hawkins of Arlington and Margaret Graves of Falls Church; and two brothers, Clinton Hawkins of Slate Mills and William Hawkins of Brentwood, Md.

Mrs. Louise Elizabeth Jenkins Deal of Culpeper died in Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville rather than the University of Virginia Hospital, as reported last week. The News regrets this error.
