Ronald Wiley of Sperryville, vice president and president, respectively, of the Rappahannock Association; Dr. Bruce Baker of Fredericksburg, vice president for Region 1-East of the Mental Health Association of Virginia; Jo Gorman, center director and acting executive director in Culpeper; Dr. Tom Updike of Richmond, assistant commissioner of the Virginia Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation; and Lee Nettles, director of the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic.
