The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of a one-year separation, a vinculo matrimonii decree, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2091.9 (a).
An Affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, David William Streagle, is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ORDERED that he appear before this Court on or before October 16,1981 and do what is necessary to protect his interest therein.
It -is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of the Order of Publication be published once a week for four weeks in succession in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
