come through. There are trade shows in the novelty and gift business - one every month in the off-season, according to Sacco. They have a furniture line, too so that gives them a whole new set of trade shows to attend. And they have plans to expand the delicatessen. “We’re going to get a couple more cases,” Sacco said. “A dessert case and a second deli case.’’ And all Rappahannock pizza lovers will be glad to hear that Sacco and Miller hope to install a pizza oven in the delicatessen in the near future.
All this is part of their plan to expand service to local people, but Sacco admits that at least part of it is for their own benefit. “Well, Rex and I were getting awfully hungry out here before the deli,” he said.
Miller lives with his wife Elaine in Sperryville, and Sacco and his wife, Brenda, live in Culpeper.
