the State Water Control Board that Sperryville's sewer system is ranked fifth in the state in priority for construction money and is slated to get $1,417,000 from the Environmental Protection Agency in fiscal year 1983 (which begins this October). The WSA is seeking an additional $500,000 in block grant funds in order to bring monthly user fees down to the $10-$15 range believed to be affordable by residents of the community.
