Services this week for the Rappahannock United Methodist Churches with the Rev. Merlin Shorb, pastor, include a March 31 Maundy Thursday service at Willis Chapel, Huntly, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, April 1, Good Friday service at Sperryville United Methodist Church, 8 p.m.
Easter Sunday Sunrise service at Flint Hill United Methodist Church, 6 a.m. Breakfast follows at the fire hall immediately after the service.

The Chester Gap Ruritan Club will hold an Easter egg hunt on Sunday, April 3, at 2:30 p.m. at the Chester Gap Baptist Church. There will be two age groups: one from toddlers to six years of age and the second from seven to thirteen.
Youngsters in the community are invited to participate.
