WHEREAS, it hath pleased our Heavenly Father to remove from our midst C.J. Miller, Jr., and,
WHEREAS, C. J. Miller, Jr. has been Director, Vice President, and President of the Rappahannock National Bank and served in the positions faithfully for a number of years and,
WHEREAS, we miss his loyalty, friendship and especially his guidance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we express our deep feeling of loss by spreading a copy of this resolution upon our minutes, by sending a copy to the Family of C. J. Miller, Jr., and by having a copy published in the Rappahannock News.
