in Rappahannock will take part in the solicitation, distribution of special educational materials, special events and other affairs aimed at mobilizing the entire community to fight cancer.
Anyone not contacted by a Crusader may contribute by mailing a donation to the Rappahannock unit of the American Cancer Society in care of Cleo Louis, Box 173, Sperry ville, or Frances Lyne, Rt. 1, Box 465, Washington, by April 30.
In addition, memorial gifts count toward this year’s “fair share” county goal of $3,300. This tribute to someone loved means others are helped by the American Cancer Society’s programs of research, education and service. Memorial gifts may be mailed to Mrs. Frank Spalding, Box 177, Flint Hill, Va. 22627.
