Brown, Deceased, which are the subject of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant under the general description of parties unknown', it is, therefore ORDERED that the parties to this suit designated as parties unknown' do appear in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on or before May 9. 1983, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
