Thanks again to Thomas L. and Louise King Eastham, the Old Dominion Point-to-Point will be run Saturday, April 9, on their Ben Venue Farm race course, Route 211, 16 miles west of Warrenton. f Traditionally, if you are a ^ Virginian, you are into horses. Both Tom Eastham and Louise are Rappahannock Virginians as far back as you can put “great” before an ancestor’s name. In 1976, they and their sons, Lindsay and Fletcher Eastham, reenforced their families’ horse tradition by giving the Old Dominion Hunt annual use of some 200 acres for one of the most spectacularly scenic and ideally laid-out race courses in the Virginia Point-to-Point circuit. This puts the present-day Thomas L. Eastham family into the first rank^of sponsors arid sustainers of horse activity
