The object of this proceeding is to ascertain whether a paper writing dated November 24,1982 is the true Last Will and Testament of Robert Eugene Craft, Sr., deceased, and to admit it to probate or reject it as the Court may determine.

An affidavit having been filed that Gordon Timothy Craft, Kenneth Hugh Craft, Ralph Edwin Craft, Paula Buddington, Raymond Buddington, and Minnie Stallings are not residents of this State and that the whereabouts and. last known address of Frances Ann Craft are unknown, it is ordered that they appear on or before May 9, 1983 and do what is necessary to protect their respective interests.
