Arts Show Scheduled
The Junior Woman’s Club of Fredericksburg will present “Arts in the Park” on Labor Day, September 5, at the City Park on William Street. Proceeds will benefit local charities.

Snakes of Virginia will be the Topic of a presentation by Don West, president of Virginia Wildlife Fed eration, on June 13, 8 P.M., at the Jefferson Savings and Loan Building in the Northern Virginia Shopping ("enter.
The snake presentation is designed to help fisherman and other people participating in outdoor activities to recognize and identify snakes they might encounter on outings.
Following West’s presentation, Bud Brune, president of the Rapidan T. II. Chapter, will give a short talk on first aid in case of a bite by a poisonous snake.
The public is invited to this meeting.
