Kristie expanded her activities in the 11th grade, joining the National Honor Society, voted in as homeroom representative for the student council, performing in Music Man and choir. Kristie served the Explorer's Club as secretary, received letters in the National Honor Society and Choir and claimed a certificate of recognition in U.S. History.
Kristie continued her dramatic career as a senior, performing in The Hat and Lady Audleys Secret. She was president of the National Honor Society, president of her girl scout troop and received honors throughout the past year. Kristie was named Good Citizen by the I)AR, best act less for The Hat, was selected by the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative for an award, and won golden and silver leadership awards for girl scouts. Kristie was nominated for a scholarship to Mary Washington, received honors in both choir and the National Honor Society, participated in the Friendship Follies, served in the Newspaper Club and the Varsity Club.
