—Pholo by Bill Young THE RAPPAHANNOCK ASSOCIATION for the Arts and the Community held its first annual meeting last Sunday at the home of Bill and Mitzie Young in Castleton. The afternoon’s activities included a dip in the pond for youngsters and a few brave older folks, picnicking in the meadow, entertainment, election of RAAC members to vacancies on the board of directors and a review of the organization’s accomplishments in its first year.
