from Dr. John Einarson, re gional Health Department director. He told the supervisors that new sewage dis posal regulations adopted by the state will increase the workload of sanitarians across Virginia, particularly if the economy continues to improve and building starts pick up. Currently, sanitarian Jack Lockhart is assigned 75 percent tc Rappahannock County and 25 percent to Culpeper County. Rather than hire any additional personnel for the Health Department here should increased building activity cremate a backload of applications for approval of sewage disposal systems, Lockhart will be assigned full-time to Rappahannock, Einarson said.
