VIRGINIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Pursuant to Section 16-2-3 (1) of me Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 151431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given mat public hearings will be held at me Courthouse building in Washing'on, Virginia at 9.00a.m. on Friday, june 10, 1983, at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following Special Use Permit applications:
(1) Application No 196: Stevens E. and Rebecca G Butler have applied for a Special Use Permit to place a mobile home on their 100 + acre tract in Stonewall Magisterial District on U S. Route 522 near Boston during construction of a permanent residence in accordance with Section 12A-1 of the Ordinance.
(2) Application No 197: Jon Hur of Takoma Park, Maryland has applied for a Special Use Permit to construct a third dwelling on his 35 acre tract in Wakefield Magisterial District on State Route 641 near Flint Hill in accordance with Section 2-1-2 (19) of the Ordinance
(3) Application No 198 James R. Freeman and Lillian F. Aylor. Trustees of the Promised Land Baptist Church, have applied to construct a 40' x 26’ addition to an existing non-conforming structure on State Route 622, Piedmont Magisterial District in Gid Brown Hollow in accordance with section 2-12(22) and Sections 2-5-1 (2), 2-5-2(2). and Section 10-1 of the Ordinance.
(4) Application No. 199. Russell L Kilby has applied to convert a former canning and slaughter house into a three bedroom house on his 57 acre lot on State Route 707 and State Route 231 in F. T. Valley, in the Stonewall - Hawthorne Magisterial in accordance with Section 2-1-2(19) of the Ordinance.
