reports, essays, documents, records, drawings and other materials covering the environment, farming. gardening, building, energy and its uses, animal husbandry, wildlife, the forests and fields, lakes, ponds and streams, hunting and fishing.
The committee wants reports on government in Rappahannock County, on education, religion, social life, civic organizations and clubs, Roy Scouts and Girl Scouts, 4-H. and. of course, the weather. The organizers also hope to include information ranging from how the needy and handicapped are provided for to the state of the arts, crafts, music, theater and poetry.

At the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) annual meeting, film club director Bill Young expressed appreciation to RAAC members and guests for their support during the spring film series.
Young thanked those present and the community at large for attendance and contributions to the series. "Let me remind you,” he said, “that there are only two films left in the series, Th Graduate and The Last Detail playing this weekend and next."
Young said that member' could use their remaining series tickets or pay at the door. In addition. Young said that there were plans for some special showings before the beginning of the second film series on July 2 and J.
On June 25. the Issaak Walton League will sponsor a free environmental film on acid rain. On July 4. there will he a rotating series of four short award-winning films on American art and history.
Young told those present at the picnic that advance subscriptions to the second series of films are available now and that July 4 activities will include a RAAC membership drive as well as a film series subscription drive. >—
