PUBLIC HEARING The Department of Waste Management, Commonwealth of Virginia, has notified the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors that an application for a permit to operate a solid waste disposal system on the Lee partnership property near Massie’s Corner, has been received. The application, by Thomas E. Lee, James R. Lee, and Loretta S. lee, is to operate a sanitary landfill. Pursuant to Title 10, Section 10-270.1, Code of Virginia, the Board serves notice that a public hearing concerning this application will be held on Monday, October 6, 1986, in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, at ten o’clock a.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
