Persons who have had heart surgery, heart attack or any form of heart disease are invited and encouraged to attend the Heart-to-Heart Club meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. The

Bridge class to begin

Bridge with Cecily Kohler, a new enrichment course at the Child Care and Learning Center, will begin Monday, Jan. 19, and/or Thursday, Jan. 23, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Six sessions of bridge lessons for beginners and intermediate players will cost $40 (plus $2 registration fee). Body works scheduled

The body works sessions will be held at the Child Care and Learning Center in January. Six sessions will be held, beginning at 6 p.m. Registration must be received by Jan. 21. For additional information call the Center at 675-3237.

Suede, diet workshops planned

An Ultra Suede Workshop and a Diet, Exercise, Behavior Modification Program is being planned. If you are interested, please call the Extension Office (675-3619) and give your preference of time and dates.

Custom feeding field day

Mark your calendar for Saturday, Jan. 31, when a field day at Horseshoe Farm, Rapidan, is planned from 1 to 3 p.m. The agenda will focus on the progress of the custom feeding project. The cattle are on feed in a counter-slope bam. The ration is mostly com. Discussion of the health program, the facility, the rations and the objectives of this ! trial are planned.
