I am writing because I am a newcomer to Rappahannock County.
I have lived here since the summer and etyoy the incredible atmosphere and the people have been vety friendly. The only complaint that I have is the way that I was officially welcomed into this rural county.
I was followed to my residence by one of the local officers, who knew because of my current registration that I had just recently moved here from another nearby state, and politely handed me a ticket for not having a qpunty sticker. I was never given any no
