The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the defendant on the ground of living separate and apart, continuously, uninterruptedly and without cohabitation for a period exceeding one year, namely, since on or about September 5, 1985.
An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the complainant has used due diligence to ascertain in what County and City defendant resides in without effect; that to the best of complainant's knowledge and belief, the defendant Victoria Lemen Brown's last known address was Route 1, Box 80, Boston, Virginia
Upon consideration whereof this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ordered that the above named non-resident defendant do appear here on or before March 6, 1987, after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect her interest in this cause.
