But Superintendent Robert Estabrook came back to the School Board last week with a proposal to reduce the teaching staff at the elementary school instead. As the supervisors have only categorical and not line item control, the School Board members could have accepted Mr. Estabrook’s recommendation and retained the administrative position. They chose not to.
