Ethel M. Pullen
Ethel Mae Pullen, 76, of Flint Hill died July 23 in Warren Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Pullen was born April 13, 1912, in Warren County, the daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle Dulin Waters. She was a member of the Flint Hill Home Extension Club and married to the late Lloyd F. Pullen.
Surviving are two sons, Linwood Pullen, Norfolk and Cecil Pullen, Flint Hill; seven daughters, Kathleen Nicholson, Thelma Jeffries, Linda Corder, Debbie Wimmer, Front Royal, Anna Sadowski, Norfolk, Lucille Settle, Manassas and Shelby Welch, Flint Hill; one sister, Lena Pullen, Winchester; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held July 26 at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Merlin Shorb and the Rev. Larry Andrews officiating. The burial was held in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were grandsons. Honorary pallbearers were grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Flint Hill United Methodist Church or the Flint Hill Fire Department.
