The Authority reserves the right to contract with a primary and secondary contractor to assure backup maintenance services. Further, the Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Bids will be opened at and will be received until the regular Water and Sewer Authority meeting on September 1,1988.

AUTHORITY Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1260 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority will hold a public hearing on October 6, 1988 at 7:30 P.M. at the Court House in Washington, Virginia, to consider an amendment to the Rules and Regulations of the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority as the same relate to rates, fees or charges for sewer service for the Sperryville Sewer System owned and maintained and operated by the authority.

Copies of a preliminary resolution setting said fees and charges are available at the Rappahannock County Clerk's Office, the County Administrators Office, the Sperryville Post Office, and are available for public inspection Monday through Friday. 8:30 A M. to 4:30 P.M.
