Harl Luttrell, was bom December 18, 1892. He and Mrs. Luttrell donated the land which the parsonage is built. He is a lifetime deacon. He makes his home with his daughter, Jamesley Dennis and her husband Gilber “Huck” Dennis.
Churches schedule Christmas programs: The community is invited to enjoy the Amissville Baptist Christmas program which will be held at 7 p.m. on December 18. United Methodist program will begin at 7:30 p.m. on December 18. Amissville Full Gospel Church will have their program during the morning service on December 18.
The community enjoyed caroling by Amissville Baptist on Tuesday evening, Dec. 6. United Methodist will begin caroling at 3 p.m. on December 17.
