Phillip Ungar will descend
daily from his cozy habitat high up on Red Oak Mountain near Woodville to tend his new business in Culpeper which opens today. He is establishing a shoe store and the grand opening of the unique bootery is scheduled for today, Thursday. He is married to Leslie Johnson Ungar and they have a son Eric, who is five. Mrs. Ungar is an English instructor at Rappahannock County High School. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Johnson of Woodville.
