YOGA COMES TO WARRENTON
Two courses in Hatha Yoga will be offered by Peruvian Yogi Vyasa, Director of the Shanti Yoga Center of Maryland and D.C. on six consecutive Mondays beginning January 9, 1989. A beginner's course for those who have not had a previous course in yoga will run from 6:00-7:30 p.m. An open course, for all others, will follow from 7:30-9:00 p.m. Botli courses w ill be held in the Oid School Building of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 271 Winchester Street. Students are asked to bring an exercise mat or blanket, an empty stomach, and to wear comfortable clothes.
