VIRGINIA: IN THE GENERAL DISTRICT COURT FOR RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY: COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA Vs. STEVEN L. CARTY PETITION PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.1-796.115 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA

Comes now Johnny Ray Pullen, Animal Warden, for Rappahannock County, and states: 1. The Defendant has cruefly treated an animal to a Doberman Dog and a cat, owned by him by maintaining said animal in a neglectful manner, without adequate food and water. 2. That Johnny Ray Pullen, has determined that the animal, said Doberman Dog and a Cat was in life-threatening condition from the neglect of defendant. 3. That Defendant has established by reason a pattern of such neglect by abondoning, neglecting, and depriving such animals of adequate food, water, or care as required by Virginia Code 3.1-7&.115.

Wherefore, Petitioner respectfully asks that this Court declare Steven L. Carty unfit to own this or any equine animal as provided by this section. Respectfully
