An operational and fiscal
summary for Rappahannock County covering fiscal 1967-68 was presented the Board of Supervisors at the regular meeting Friday by Highway Resident Engineer James K. Skeens. He stated the summary showed a balance which will be carried over into the coming year for use on county roads. The Board was advised by Mr. Skeens that it would not be possible for a crossover to be constructed at Payne’s Garage east of Washington on the proposed dual laning project.
