The successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret rules, regulations, contracts, and construction plans and specifications, use engineering field equipment; record data and prepare reports, communicate effectively both orally and in writing; maintain good working relationships with all levels of people; and pass materials certifications schools within two years of entering this position. A valid Va. operator's license is required.
