Breakfast in Washington Feb. 3 The Washington Volunteer Fire Department will hold an all-youcan-eat breakfast, 7 a.m.-ll a.m., Saturday, Feb. 3 at the fire hall. The buffet menu will include scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage and gravy, bacon, potatoes and fried apples, with juice, coffee and milk. Tickets are $5 adults and $2.50 for children, available at the door or in advance from any fire department member.
Children's karate classes A 12-week series of children’s karate classes for ages 6-14 will begin January 17. Classes will be held Wednesdays at the Child Care and Learning Center from 5:15 to 6:10 p.m. (advanced students until 6:30 p.m.). Cost is $65 for 12 sessions. Yoga classes Hatha yoga classes will begin on Monday, February 5 at The Child Care and Learning Center in Washington. Class will be 1 1/2 hours long from 6 to 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.
Woman's club to meet The Rappahannock Woman’s Club will meet on Tuesday, January 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Debbie Massie on Route 729. All members are urged to attend.
