Our Warrenton Residency is seeking a qualified individual to perform duties related to processing permit and subdivision development requests. Reviews permits for private anc) commercial entrances, utilities, and land use to ensure compliance with Department policies and procedures. Must have knowledge of construction materials, methods, practices, and principles of roadway design, and general construction inspection techniques. The successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret rules, regulations, contracts, and construction plans and specifications, use engineering field equipment; record data and prepare reports, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, maintain good working relationships with all levels of people, and pass materials certifications schools within two years of entering this position A valid VA operator's license is required If you have the education, training, and/or experience indicating the ability to perform the work, then take advantage of this opportunity to earn $17,125$23,391 with excellent benefits.
