The total cost of the new building will be $460,000. The congregation has raised just under $200,000 and hopes to raise the rest through fundraising and donations.
“We have half of the money and are asking for help,” said the pastor, adding that as soon as the bid is accepted a real cost can be established.
“If we do not have enough money then we will begin to cut back” on additions to the planned church, he said.
