PROPOSALS The County of Rappahannock is requesting proposals for the following services: 1. ) To provide all labor and materials to re-paint the old Town Hall building on Gay Street in Washington. Said services to include preparation of the surface (including scraping old paint, where necessary), repaint and trimming with highgrade exterior paint. 2. ) To provide all labor and materials to repair and replace, as necessary, all gutter and downspouts on the old Town Hall building on Gay street in Washington.
3. ) To provide all labor and materials in repairing and replacing rotting and decayed trim-work on the Courthouse building, on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia. Said services to include repairing & repainting left side window sills, scraping and repainting with high-grade exterior paint an exterior trim, as well as repairing and replacing such pieces as may be necessary (this aspect of the work may be bid on a fixed price or a per square foot replacement price). The left rear handicapped access door shall also be re-hung with additional hinge. 4. ) To provide all labor and materials necessary to remove old parging; sealing, re-parging (with water-resistant material) and repainting the front columns on the courthouse building.
