In execution of a certain deed of trust from William F. Frizzell to Douglas K, Baumgartner, Trustee, dated October 11, 1988 and recorded among the land records in the Ciierk's Office of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 171 at Page 187, default having been made in the payment of the debts therein secured and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned Trustee, after giving fourteen (14) days notice to the owner of the real estate of the date, time, place and terms of sale, will offer for sale the real estate with improvements thereon situated in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia on
