The true villains of this piece have yet to be unmasked in court, as will be the new debt caused by the board that refuses to acknowledge it. This will be a sad day brought about by the board’s own actions and probably will be misreported as you did the injunction verdict. There you failed to mention that the judge could find not a shred of evidence in the conspiracy charge and made the injunction last only to Aug. 15, unless the unlawful detainer he himself suggested the Lynns file had not thrown the board out beforehand hardly the sweeping board victory you claim, and a very brief respite from eviction.
This is a board, Mr. Hopewell fails to mention, that has seen 4 of 10, or 40 percent of its members resign since January due to the present nefarious activities of the board. Just as Mr. Hopewell failed to mention that 21 teachers refused to sign the contracts offered this year by the board until 29 out of the 30 in the building at the time signed a petition for a fair grievance procedure to be inserted into these “kinder” contracts. The board’s actions are a sad display of the human condition in this “human comedy” called life.
